职位描述
1. Update and collect price information from suppliers， submit investigation analysis report and control the purchasing cost. 掌握各类物资的市场价格波动情况，按照要求提交分析报告，有效控制采购成本； 2. Responsible for purchasing according to purchasing plan within the qualified supplier. 根据采购计划，在合格供应商中实施采购，严格按物资分类要求进行物资送检； 3. Follow up supplier’s manufacture, delivery, quantity and quality performance, and do continuous improvement action plan to make supplier to have good performance. 负责对供应商的生产，交货期、交货量等方面进行沟通协调和考核； 4. Arrange monthly payment to suppler. 负责与供应商月度账目的核对； 5. Source new potential supplier and do the supplier performance evaluation each year. Follow up the material rejection and follow the action plan. 协助部门开发并筛选潜在的供应商，对现有的供应商进行年度评审并按照公司流程跟进不合格原材料的处理; 6. Submit the monthly report of purchasing. 负责采购物资批量、质量的记录及分析、反馈； 7. New packing and raw material development：proofing with supplier。执行新原料与新包材的开发流程，开发新的后背与有竞争力的供应商； 8. Assist to build up and improve purchasing system and manage supplier. 协助建立并完善公司采购流程并管理供应商； 9. Others tasks upon request. 完成领导交办的其他工作；
