职位描述
1. To monitor/Input the accounting transactions, including, but not limited to, payments, employee expense claim, cashier, etc. on a timely and accurate basis. 2. To work with HQ Finance team closely to ensure timely and accurate closing process. 3. To implement and monitor financial/company policies and procedures ensuring compliance with external statutory regulation and internal control requirements. 4. To prepare budgeting and forecasting for management expenses, trade expenses and employee expense claim. 5. To monitor/handle other team assignments & ad-hoc analysis requirement 6. To supervise accounting staff and continuously optimize the detailed workflow of the team.
招聘要求
o Bachelor degree. Accounting/Finance education background; o 5 year+ working experience in Accounting/Finance area; o Proficient in MS Excel & PPT and knowledge of Financial system o Matured profession with leadership/supervisory skill o Good communication skills, self-motivated, team spirit, and can work efficiently under pressure. o Proficient in written and spoken English.
