职位描述
1 Be the customer\\\'s representative in the factory 1.1 Listen to the customers: -Put in place a system to measure customer\\\'s satisfaction; -Record customer complaints; -Take relevant actions to improve customers\\\' satisfaction. 1.2 Convey customers\\\' expectations within the company. 2 Build, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System 2.1 Apply standards relevant to the company activities: -DEXTRA group standard procedures; -ISO 9001 standards; -Construction codes, couplers related standards. 2.2 Promote Quality at every level of the company -Provide training; -Develop Quality awareness promotion activities. 2.3 Maintain and improve continuously the quality system -Audit periodically the different processes to ensure compliance; -Implement key performance indicators to measure the performance; -Record and follow-up the corrective and preventive actions needed; -Facilitate the implementation of improvement actions; 3 Lead the certification activities 3.1 Get the requested certifications as requested: -DEXTRA GROUP certification; -ISO9001 certification; -Any other product or system certificate requested by management. 3.2 Liaise with the certification agencies to: -Apply for the different needed certifications; -Organize the audit and welcome the auditors; -Implement the actions requested by the certification agencies. 4 Make sure the quality level is adequate, both internally and at suppliers\\\' 4.1 Manage the quality engineers 4.2 Validate the control plan proposed by the quality engineers 4.3 Ensure the quality department has adequate equipment, competences and resources 4.4 Analyze the statistics and data computed by the quality engineers to suggest improvements to production and procurement 5 Promote and improve safety at the work place 5.1 Gather and analyze the data to evaluate the safety effectiveness; 5.2 Identify the actual and potential risks; 5.3 Take measures to eradicate or minimize the safety risks; 5.4 Train, educate people and promote safety at every level; 5.5 Ensure the applicable safety regulations are applied. 6 Report to hierarchy and concerned Departments 6.1 Report functionally and hierarchically to the Operations VP or Operation Director any quality issue regarding the system or the product. 6.2 Report to the Quality System Manager based in Thailand to validate the compliance of the quality system with the group policies and procedures.

Educational Background: -Bachelor\\\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering Work Experience: -A minimum of 7 years\\\' experience in QA and or QC English Level: -TOEIC 700 ITS skills: -Windows, office, use of Excel advanced functions.
